For $169 a year, members get a comprehensive annual plumbing inspection for their home or business. Here's the chart we work through:
- One FREE drain cleaning per year (only if necessary)
- Test drinking water
- Check water pressure
- Tune-up mechanical parts
- Inspect washing machine hoses
- Inspect every faucet for leaks
- Dye tests on toilets to make sure they're leak-free and working right
- Inspect every drain for proper flow
- Bio-Clean treatment for every toilet and drain
- Inspect garbage disposal(s)
- Inspect every emergency shut-off valve
- Label every shut-off
- Inspect every shut-off and sink trap
- Inspect water meter
