Warranty terms
We stand behind the work, and we want you to know exactly what's covered:
- The warranty doesn't cover defects or damage caused by misuse, negligence or acts of God.
- If you supply the fixture or part, its warranty is between you and the manufacturer, and we can't warranty the labor on it.
- When a manufacturer warranty runs longer than a year, the manufacturer supplies the replacement part or unit, but our labor isn't covered past the first year unless stated otherwise.
- We aren't liable for water or other damage resulting from a defect or a delay in a warranty claim. Please take reasonable steps to limit any damage.
- We aren't liable for special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages. Our liability is limited to repairing or replacing the work, or at our option, refunding part or all of what you paid.
- If a maintenance visit under a maintenance agreement isn't performed, any related loss won't exceed the cost of the agreement.
- We respond to warranty claims within a reasonable time.
