Michael did an excellent job installing our new toilet and even caught another issue that could have become a bigger problem. He explained everything clearly, got my approval, and fixed it right away.

The best part was how clean everything was when he finished. The bathroom looked perfect, and you would never know work had been done there. Great service, great communication, and great craftsmanship. Highly recommended!

Our sump pump was acting up, the alarm kept sounding. The plumber came out to our house the same day we called. We told him that we just had the pump replaced 6 months ago. He advised there was a part malfunctioning, which can be replaced if we called our warranty company for approval to order the part. We did that and called the office back to schedule our appointment – which was made for the same day as our call! The plumber came on time and was very efficient. He replaced the part and got our sump pump working properly again! He didn’t even charge for his first visit! Highly recommend this company – very honest and responsive.

I called to get an estimate for a plumbing repair. They came out right away and inspected the problem. Then told me I didn’t need to repair it! Then explained to me how to maintain the issue and left without charging me! Wow. I will definitely keep calling this company for all my plumbing issues.

Plumber arrived on time and was very professional. He even wore a mask and shoe protectors, and stayed in the next room when he spoke to me – just to take precautions from Covid. He did a thorough inspection of the problem and explained everything to me very well. I was given different options to fix the problem – which was nice. I thought the prices were fair for the job. The issue was fixed that same day. I would call this company again if I had a problem. They were very nice to deal with.

Broke a pipe on a Saturday night and called this company right away! The plumber came to the house that same night and fixed the problem by Sunday morning! He even had a company come to dry up the water and a painter to fix my wall! Everything was done by Monday afternoon, like nothing had ever happened! I have never gotten service from a plumber this quickly, let alone a totally completed job! Impressive. Highly recommend this plumbing company.

I am a single mother and have no idea how to fix anything in my house! So when my toilet overflowed, I couldn’t get it to stop! When I called Plumbing Doctor, I was patched through to Mike right away. He got to my house within the hour and stopped the water leak right away. He gave options, from the cheapest fix and up. Although I could only afford the cheapest fix, Mike told me about his financing options and even gave me a discount. He got my application approved by the bank in minutes! My basement took on water, so I immediately called this company. The dispatcher was very helpful and immediately got me in touch with Mike, the owner of the company! Mike gave me some quick advice on the phone – told me how to turn the water off to my house. Then, he came out to my home that very same hour!
