What you're noticing

You usually know something's off before you know what it is. These are the calls we get most:

Don't sit on these. A slow leak behind a wall can lead to foundation damage or mold, and at the very least it shows up on your water bill every month until it's fixed.

How we find the cause

We look at the problem ourselves before anybody talks price. Then I'll explain what's going on in plain English and lay out your options. Sometimes the answer is that you don't need a repair at all, and we'll tell you that too.

What we do about it

Once you approve the written price, we do the work. The trucks are fully stocked, so we're not leaving halfway through to hunt down a part. The price doesn't change if the job runs long. If we open a wall and find something nobody could have seen, you get an amended written estimate before we go any further. No surprises on the invoice.
