What you're noticing
Good times to book an inspection:
- You're buying a house
- You're planning a remodel
- Wet patches in the yard, frequent backups or slow drains
- It's been years since anyone looked
How we find the cause
A home plumbing inspection covers anywhere water runs through your house: sinks, toilets, tubs, lines and pipes.
- Under and outside the house, we check pipes and hydrants for leaks, and for proper support and freeze protection
- Toilets get their water level, flapper and fill mechanism checked
- Water heaters get a temperature check, a pressure relief valve test, and a flush
We also offer fiber-optic sewer line inspections, so we can see inside the line instead of guessing.
What we do about it
When we're done, you get a plain-English rundown of what's fine, what needs watching, and what needs fixing, with a written price for anything that needs work. No pressure to do it all with us. If you want this every year, our Plumbing Care Club includes an annual inspection for $169 a year.
Every plumbing inspections call includes
- Fixtures, supply lines and drains checked
- Toilet and water heater checks
- Written findings with prices for any repairs
- Written flat-rate price before any work starts
- Charged by the job, never by the hour, and no travel-time charge
- Tarps down and shoe covers on inside your home
- Uniformed, drug-tested, licensed and insured crew
- Clean-up: we leave it as clean as we found it, or cleaner
- One-year warranty on parts and labor we supply

Plumbing Inspections FAQ
What does a plumbing inspection include?
Sinks, toilets, tubs, lines and pipes; outside pipes and hydrants for leaks, support and freeze protection; toilet water levels, flappers and fill mechanisms; water heater temperature, pressure relief valve and a flush.
I'm buying a house. Is it worth it?
Yes. A plumbing inspection, especially a sewer camera look at the main line, tells you about problems that are expensive to find after closing.
Can you inspect the sewer line too?
Yes. We offer fiber-optic sewer line inspections.
Is there a yearly option?
Our Plumbing Care Club is $169 a year and includes a comprehensive annual plumbing inspection plus member benefits.
Something leaking right now?
Call. A licensed master plumber picks up, day or night, weekends and holidays. You get a written flat-rate price before we touch anything.
